Who Is This Journal For?
The Surviving Survival Mode Journal was created for Black and brown women who are exhausted from constantly being in survival mode. It's for the woman who has spent so much of her life taking care of everyone else, pushing through pain, staying strong, and carrying burdens that were never meant for her to bear.

If you struggle to rest without guilt, constantly feel anxious or overwhelmed, overthink everything, stay busy to avoid your emotions, or feel like you're always waiting for the next crisis, this journal is for you. If you've forgotten what peace feels like because your nervous system has been stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn for so long, you're not alone.

This journal is a safe space to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, process your emotions, and begin healing from the inside out. Through thoughtful prompts, reflection exercises, and intentional practices, you'll learn to move beyond simply surviving and begin creating a life rooted in peace, rest, confidence, and emotional well-being.

Because you were created for more than survival—you deserve to thrive.
