MEET COACH AHAVA
The Woman Behind the Message. The Coach Behind the Transformation.

Coach Ahava is an etiquette coach, image consultant, professional development facilitator, speaker, and the founder of Black & Dainty—a brand dedicated to helping women and girls develop the confidence, presence, poise, and professionalism to navigate life with intention.

With a passion for cultivating confident, polished, and well-prepared women, Coach Ahava creates transformative experiences that go beyond inspiration. Her work equips women and girls with practical tools they can use in the classroom, the workplace, at the table, in social settings, and in every room they are called to enter.

Through engaging keynotes, interactive workshops, professional development experiences, and customized programming, Coach Ahava brings together etiquette, communication, personal presentation, confidence, leadership, and professional presence to help participants understand not only how to show up, but why how you show up matters.

Her approach is rooted in a simple belief:

When a woman knows who she is, understands how to carry herself, and has the tools to navigate the world with confidence, she doesn't simply enter the room—she changes the way the room experiences her.

Whether she is speaking to college students preparing for their first professional opportunity, young girls discovering their voice, women stepping into leadership, or organizations investing in the development of their people, Coach Ahava creates spaces where participants feel seen, challenged, equipped, and inspired to become more.
She doesn't just teach etiquette.
-
She teaches women how to show up.
-
How to communicate.
-
How to connect.
-
How to present themselves.
-
How to navigate unfamiliar spaces.
-
How to lead with confidence.
-
How to carry themselves with intention.
-
And ultimately, how to become the woman they were created to be.

Bring Coach Ahava to your organization and give your audience more than a moment of inspiration—give them skills they can carry with them long after the room is empty.
